Evaluation of Biofloc Technology for Astacus leptodactylus: Effect of Different Stocking Densities on Production Performance and Physiological Responses

چکیده
The use of biofloc technology (BFT) in narrow-clawed crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus) culture for 45 days was evaluated by production performance and physiological status crayfish. Four different stocking densities were tested BFT (20, 41.66, 62.5, 83.33 individuals m-2). Water quality parameters monitored to sustain desired levels management. growth did not show any significant differences among the groups. However, survival rate changed density. Hemolymph indices represented total hemocyte counts relative abundance hyalinocyte, semi-granulocyte, granulocyte affected densities. Overall hemolymph glucose lactate reflected mild stress response conditions. protein concentrations change ratio BFT. normal range, indicating healthy individuals. hepatopancreas histology observed as a typical morphology all Notwithstanding relatively lower higher density crayfish, results present research revealed that adaptation conditions is promising culture.

Effect of different stocking densities on hematological parameters and growth performance of great sturgeon (Huso huso)
A 5 weeks study was conducted to determine the effects of different stocking density on hematological parameters of great sturgeon. Fish were cultured in duplicates of fiberglass tanks under stocking densities of 50, 75, 100 and 125 fish/m3 as T1, T2, T3 and T4 respectively. Based on the results significant increase (p<0.05) in total body weight and total length were related to low density grou...
